Victoria and Ryan Wedding Day

A beautiful backyard wedding,

in shades of yellow and pops of red,

with the most beautiful bride and groom,

on one of the warmest days of the year,

..maybe the hottest ever,

but we were just happy the sun was shining,

and to be there to capture their special day. : )

A bit of their love story..by Victoria

” Ryan and I met when I was four and he was seven.

Our moms took us on a Amish tour and we sat in the backseat of the buggy together.

Then years later, our moms met at a wedding and wanted us to meet

so we started talking on facebook

and then met at Evangel and walked around the campus for three hours.

We went on our first official date the next Thursday.”

“My wedding dress was a bit big

so I had my grandma, sister, and mother sewing it at the last moment.”

“Ryan and I like to hike so one day he took me to Buisek for a hike.

We hiked up this hill to a beautiful spot overlooking the park

and he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him, and I said yes.”

“I have always wanted an outside wedding.

I just love the outdoors.

I wanted the wedding to be laid back and casual.”

“My favorite memory would be seeing Ryan for the first time that day.

It didn’t seem that it was really our wedding day until that moment.”
